Where are one-to-one coaching sessions held?
All sessions are held online via Zoom or WhatsApp video call, making it easy to connect from wherever you are. You’ll have a private, supportive space to explore your goals, challenges or questions in a deeply personal way.
How long does a coaching session last?
A standard session is 60 minutes, allowing time to explore your goals, challenges or questions in depth while creating meaningful insight and clarity.
Do I need prior experience with coaching?
No. You don’t need any prior coaching experience. Sessions meet you where you are, offering a gentle, supportive space for growth, self-reflection and personal insight.
What does the name being108 mean?
The name being108 reflects the idea that change starts from within. The number 108 carries meanings of wholeness and completeness across a number of cultural traditions, which felt fitting for work that’s ultimately about coming back to who you really are.
What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is shaped around what you need most in the moment. This may include releasing limiting beliefs, exploring emotions or patterns, gaining clarity around a challenge, or deepening your self-awareness. The goal is always the same: insight, alignment and a meaningful shift in how you experience your life.
How long do clients usually work with a coach?
This varies depending on your goals. Some clients start with a single session, while others continue for weeks or months as they explore deeper patterns. Progress is reviewed along the way, and there’s no fixed duration.
How do I know if the Integration pathway is right for me?
This pathway is a good fit if you feel drawn to explore the deeper layers of your identity and beliefs, and you’re ready to start acting with more awareness and authenticity. Learn more on the Work With Me page.
How quickly can I expect results from coaching?
Results vary for each individual. Some notice subtle shifts immediately, while deeper change unfolds gradually. The most important factor is your openness to exploring your inner world.
Can I book a single session, or should I commit to a package?
You can choose either. Some clients prefer a single session, while others commit to multiple sessions for ongoing growth and deeper insight.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything shared is strictly confidential, giving you a safe space for honest reflection and exploration.
Who can benefit from coaching?
Anyone seeking personal growth, clarity or a deeper sense of purpose. It’s particularly helpful for those ready to release limiting beliefs, gain insight into their own patterns, or live more intentionally.
How does your coaching differ from traditional life coaching?
Traditional coaching often focuses on external goals. My approach also looks at personal transformation and intentional change, starting from your inner world, so the change that follows actually lasts.
Can coaching help with anxiety, fear or stress?
Yes. Many clients work through underlying patterns, beliefs and emotional blocks that contribute to stress, fear or anxiety. Coaching complements other support you may use by helping shift how you relate to these experiences.
How do I start a coaching session?
The simplest way is to reach out via the Contact page to schedule a free consultation call. This gives us a chance to meet, explore your goals, and see if the coaching feels right for you.
Is coaching a substitute for therapy?
No. Coaching isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for professional mental health support or medical treatment. If you’re dealing with a mental health condition, please speak to a qualified professional alongside, or instead of, coaching.
